Electrical Base Coverage

Our base maintenance agreement for residential properties includes inspection and testing of the electrical panel, fixtures, smoke detectors, and outlets for:

* Additional rooms, panels, water heaters, or other fixtures are additional to the base amount.

Member Benefits & Hours

Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (excluding holidays).

• 10% Discount: Members receive 10% off the electrical task or time and materials invoice.
• After-Hours Perks: 10% discount also applies to emergency, holiday, and weekend electrical task rates.
• Priority Service: Members move to the front of the line, generally resulting in service within 1 business day.

Terms & Conditions

• Babe's Plumbing will provide a qualified electrician or technician to check your electrical system once per contract year, scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:00 pm, except holidays.
• During high demand times or extreme weather events, maintenance appointments may be rescheduled by Babe's Plumbing & Electrical at any time.
• Upon issuing this agreement, Babe's Plumbing & Electrical., will inspect and inventory equipment, fixtures, and electrical systems to be covered under this agreements.
• Any repairs deemed necessary will be reported to the homeowner. These repairs are billable at the discounted rates as allowed within this agreement. Should the agreement be purchased and paid for at the time of the repair, the preferred customer pricing terms of this agreement will be applied and this inspection will constitute your first year's maintenance check.
• Babe's Plumbing, Inc. reserves the right to reject any service agreement for any reason or if upon inspection by our electrician, equipment is found to be in poor operating condition.
• It is the responsibility of the homeowner to notify Babe's Plumbing & Electrical of desired dates of maintenance. Babe's Plumbing & Electrical recommends scheduling at least two weeks in advance. You can schedule service by calling our office or completing the Service Request form on our website, www.babesplumbing.com
• Under the conditions of this agreement, you, as the homeowner of the covered property agree to the following:
  1. All equipment covered under this agreement will be operated and used in accordance with the manufacturer's directions.
  2. The homeowner will promptly notify Babe's Plumbing & Electrical of any unusual operating conditions of the equipment.
  3. The homeowner will schedule his/her annual maintenance inspection with our office. Babe's Plumbing & Electrical will not reimburse for maintenance checks that were not completed within the contract year.
  4. The homeowner will only permit Babe's Plumbing & Electrical employees to perform maintenance, repairs, replacements, and/or installations at the covered location.
• The effective date of this agreement is the date of receipt of payment and will become the annual renewal date.
• This agreement is non-refundable, in whole or in part.
• The ownership of this agreement is location-specific and transferable to a new owner for $79.00 up to 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• This agreement in non-transferable within 30 days of the renewal date.
• The rates for and in this agreement may be adjusted at the discretion of Babe's Plumbing & Electrical to reflect current cost and warranties.
• Payment for services rendered are due at the time of the work's completion. Payment for the service agreement is due at the renewal date.
• By accepting and approving this agreement, the listed homeowner authorizes Babe's Plumbing & Electrical to store and charge the credit card used to purchase this agreement. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.
• Monthly payments options are available at 1/12 of the agreement amount.
• Any outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually).
• No services will be rendered under this agreement for a customer with an outstanding balance to Babe's Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers & Electrical. overdue by greater than 30 days.
• The discounts and inspection in this agreement do not extend to Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, or Plumbing work.

Exclusions & Disclaimers

• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical does not cover the following under this agreement:
  1. Well pumps and motors
  2. Aluminum Wiring
  3. Damage resulting from frozen pipes
  4. Motors or electrical wiring for jetted tubs
  5. Recalled or non-code compliant products
• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical does not repair appliances, pool heaters or air conditioning units.
• All other electrical equipment not listed or addressed here, including pool heaters and generators, are not covered under this agreement and therefore repairs needed to such equipment will be billable at regular pricing.
• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical reserves the right to not replace parts and equipment, even if they are covered under a manufacturer's warranty, in the event that replacement will not correct the issue or will cause damage to the part or equipment in question.
• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical cannot cover or will be held harmless for the following under this or any of our agreements:
  1. Acts of nature
  2. Work performed or materials provided by individuals or companies other than Babe's Plumbing & Electrical. Babe's Plumbing & Electrical does reserve the right to terminate any obligations of this agreement should unauthorized work or materials are utilized by others.
  3. Repairs to products beyond their useful life, for cosmetic purposes, or to parts no longer available.
  4. Work or changes which at some future date may be required by the government, codes, or insurance.
  5. Freight or shipping charges for special orders, rush orders, or the like
  6. Energy of fuel costs associated with the covered equipment's operation.
• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical, and its agents are not qualified mold, mildew, or fungus inspectors. Under this agreement, Babe's Plumbing & Electrical and it's agents, expressly disclaim any duty to inspect, identify, report, or remove the presence of growth of any mold, mildew, fungus, or any combination thereof, on or around any equipment covered by this agreement.
• Babe's Plumbing & Electrical and it's agents will be held harmless for any damages, including special damages and consequential damages, caused by the presence or growth of mold, mildew, fungi, or failure of equipment covered by this agreement.
• Visible inspection is limited to items that can be seen within the living area of the home. Wiring inside walls, in attics, or in crawl spaces are not included in visible inspections.
